As Canada’s largest provider of online student assessment and school improvement tools, The Learning Bar is seeking our next Client Success Director in the

Client Success Department, reporting to the Chief Product Officer.
You will lead a dynamic team of professionals who support our customers in achieving their goals when using our products and services. This is accomplished through the delivery of world-class training, support, and service and by designing and executing initiatives to maximize Customer Experience as measured through customer satisfaction, net promoter score, customer success, customer effort, and retention.


In addition to responsibility for overall client success, you will ensure that your team’s work is prioritized, delegated, and executed effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring effective communication within your team; with other teams at TLB; and with external customers and stakeholders. You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer to align Client Success efforts to support the achievement of company goals.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE


For the past 5 years, you have demonstrated a track record for leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset has served you well in your career. Some of the qualifications we seek:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting to the executive team, your colleagues, the media, and clients at all levels of the education system (schools, divisions, ministry).
  • Previous experience building, leading, developing, and directing highly effective teams.
  • Strategically focused, action-oriented, and highly adaptable.
  • Experience or certification in project and/or customer success management is an asset.
  • French and English bilingualism is an asset.
